AT A GLANCE
Boukee helps you organise digital cards and QR/barcode information. You remain responsible for what you save, how you share it, and the rules of the original card issuer.
About Boukee
These terms apply to the Boukee app, related services and boukee.app, operated by Pilatus General Trading & Contracting Company, Al Nassar Tower, Fahad Al Salem Street, Block 14, Plot 17, Floor 6, Office 8, Qibla, Kuwait City, Al Asimah, Kuwait. Contact: info@pilatus.com.kw or call +965 99450697. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact us if you want your account deleted.
Boukee is a tool for organising digital card information. Storing a card in Boukee does not issue a new credential, prove ownership, create a bank account, or guarantee that a merchant or issuer will accept it. The original issuer’s rules continue to apply.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure. Use only an account you are authorised to access. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be able to enter into these terms under the laws that apply to you; where required, obtain permission from a parent or guardian.
Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights in the information and images you provide. You give us permission to store, process and display that content to provide the features you request. Only save or share content you have the right to use.
Do not use Boukee for fraud, impersonation, unlawful content, unauthorised access, distributing malicious links or interfering with the service. Do not copy or share someone else’s access credentials, private information or protected content without permission. Be cautious when scanning or opening unfamiliar codes and links.
Availability and third-party services
Features may vary by platform, app version, region and enabled integrations. We may maintain, update, change or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or acceptance of every card, code or exported pass. Keep another way to access any essential credential.
Google, Facebook, app stores, device wallets and card issuers operate their own services under their own terms. Boukee does not control their availability, decisions or data handling.
Paid features, if offered
Any price, billing period and purchase conditions are shown before you confirm a purchase. App-store purchases, subscription management and refund requests are handled under the relevant store’s rules and applicable consumer law. Deleting your Boukee account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.
Privacy and leaving the service
Our Privacy policy explains how information is processed. You can stop using Boukee and request account deletion using the data-deletion instructions. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security threat or a legal requirement.
Responsibility and your legal rights
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the content you provide and for protecting copies you share or export. To the extent permitted by law, Boukee is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that it will meet every particular requirement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable mandatory consumer rights. Any dispute is subject to the laws and courts that apply under mandatory legal rules. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice where required by law. If you disagree with updated terms, you can stop using Boukee and request deletion of your account.
